I am a Reiki Master, Certified Hypnotherapist, ordained Interfaith Minister, intuitive counselor, spiritual guide, and ritualist with many years experience in helping people find healing in body, mind, and spirit.
I have been on a healing and spiritual path for most of my life. I spent a year as a chaplain resident at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City and spent several years working as a hospice chaplain for Pathways Hospice in the San Francisco Bay Area, ministering to practitioners of a wide variety of faith traditions. I also helped create the successful integrative therapies program at Pathways, where I taught Reiki and guided imagery to a variety of hospice staff as well as providing Reiki and relaxation imagery to hospice patients. Currently I am a volunteer for Kaiser Hospice and am a Reiki volunteer at Stanford Medical Center where we help support the staff of the Cancer Center.
Between my hospice work, experience as an integrative medicine practitioner, and dealing with my own health issues I understand the power of truly meshing complementary and alternative therapies with conventional Western medicine, learning first-hand the importance of incorporating support for the full person—body, mind, and spirit—for true healing to take place.
My healing practice is based in the home I share with my husband and cat in the center of the San Francisco Peninsula. I also teach classes, in my home and elsewhere, in Reiki, guided imagery, and intuitive development.
